According to a study of over 400,000 people conducted by researchers at the Natural Institutes of Health, between 1995 and 2008, males who drank as little as one cup of coffee per day benefited from a 6% reduction to their overall risk of death. Participants drinking up to four to five cups per day benefited from an additional 6% reduction to their overall risk of death. 12% reduction overall.
